About
My path to this work hasn't followed the usual route. For over twenty years, I've been drawn to understanding energy and healing — studying with teachers in traditions like Pranic Healing and Reiki, always following what felt true rather than what looked good on paper.

What grounds all of this is my practice in the Ishaya tradition - a meditation path that's taught me what it means to be truly present with another person. That presence, that quality of deep listening, is what I bring into every session.

I've found my home for this work here in San Luis Obispo, in a community that understands that true healing isn't just about technique. It's about meeting you exactly where you are, with all the respect and care your body deserves.

The Work
Each body carries its own story, and finding those touchpoints shapes the approach. Every session is as individual as the person I'm working with.

Offerings
All massage sessions include hot stones to deeply relax muscles and dry brushing to stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow
60 Minute Massage - $150
In an hour together, we have beautiful options. We can focus deeply on one area that's calling for attention - perhaps shoulders and neck - or flow through your whole body with gentle, connecting touch. Either way, the session is guided by what your body is asking for that day.
90 Minute Massage - $195
Ninety minutes creates space for the work to deepen naturally. Your body has time to respond and release as we move through layers of tension, following where the session wants to go without watching the clock.
120 Minute Massage - $245
Two hours is a gift of complete presence - time to step fully away from the world and into your body. Nothing to think about, nowhere else to be.
60 Minute Energy Healing - $150
There's something I can sense when I work with people - call it energy, call it presence, call it the body's own intelligence. Whatever name we give it, I can feel into the places where things feel stuck or scattered, where your body is holding tension or protecting old hurts.
All bodies generate this energy, this aliveness. Sometimes it flows freely, and sometimes it gets caught up in the places we've been carrying stress or guarding our hearts. When I tune in, I can sense where that flow wants to open again, where your system is ready to let go and remember its own capacity for healing.

I create space for energy to move freely in the places where it's become blocked, supporting your body's return to its natural state of ease and heart-centered presence.

Deep Tissue - $25
Focused pressure for chronic tension and knots that need extra attention.

A soothing organic botanical infusion to calm muscles and ease inflammation.

Cupping - $10
Gentle suction therapy that helps release fascia and improve circulation.

Energy Healing 15 minute extension- $50
Additional time added to your massage to work with your body's energy systems and support deeper release.

Packages of 5 massages, a 15% discount from the individual price of each massage. No expiration date and transferable.

Subscriptions
Monthly subscription. Receive one massage a month at a 20% discount from the individual price of each massage. Billed to your credit card monthly. Can be cancelled after 3 months. Unused massages do not roll over to the next month however they are transferable.
